Exercise is the extra boost to your weight loss – a fact which you have read, heard and seen from so many different sources already and I will not dispute that. As a matter of fact, I’m going to give you another reason to exercise and get more physically active.

Turn of the music for the meantime; instead listen to your body’s rhythm – your heart beat, your breathing, the muscles tingling with each effort. Just listen, for a change.
Mindful exercise can also be termed as meditation and can help promote harmony back into your life. With our lifestyle today, we are so far removed form our inner self and this dissociation makes weight loss, stress and other issues so hard to handle.
Make it a habit. Start a daily exercise routine. Set aside at least 10 minutes of mindful exercise everyday. Before long, you will experience a drastic change in your life.
