The truth is these secrets are really not that secret, they’re just everyday stuff, nothing spectacular.

It’s just that people don’t take this things seriously that when they are finally revealed, many are surprised. Most of some us take the little things for granted because we are all too busy trying to keep up with our fast-paced lives.

Okay, so here goes the not-so-secret secrets to safe fat loss:

1. Drink plenty of water. When the first pangs of hunger hit you, don’t relieve it by eating ice cream or a chocolate chip cookie! Drink a glass of water instead. After 20 minutes, if you still feel like eating, much on a few carrot sticks or a low-fat yogurt. The signals for both hunger and thirst come from the same area of our brain that sometimes what we took as a sign for hunger is actually for thirst.

2. Walk your dog, take the stairs, park your car further down the lot. Fat loss means burning that excess body fat and one way to do that is to increase physical activity. These seemingly ordinary activities if done regularly can mean a lot on your fat loss.

3. Eat a healthy, well-balanced breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and skipping it not only deprives your body with the energy it needs throughout the day but also promote fat storing capacity. On the contrary, eating breakfast has been known to speed up metabolism!

I told you, these secrets are not so secret at all but rather just a matter of common sense. These are safe and effective ways to crank up your fat loss!
